Reproduce the problem briefly

Use a short test instead of regenerating the whole document. A useful test case here is: A sequence of five exam revision questions with short explanations. Keep a copy of the original so every edit is reversible. Note what you expected to hear and what you actually heard.

The starting pointQuestion-and-answer notes let a listener pause before hearing the explanation.

Check the source first

  1. 01

    Inspect the input

Write a question in a complete sentence. Compare the affected passage against the original document.

  2. 02

    Change one thing

Leave a clear break before the answer. Keep the rest of your settings unchanged so this is a fair test.

  3. 03

    Listen again

Pause playback to recall the answer yourself. Use the same sentence to decide whether the change improved the result.

Separate the symptoms

Automatic playback is not an interactive quiz. You control the pauses and decide when to reveal the answer.

Retest before replacing a recording

When the short test works, apply only the successful change to the longer note. If it still fails, write down the file type, the selected voice, and the exact step where the problem occurs. Those details make a support request more useful.
